Save Our Adult Day Care Centres From Closure

Sign the Petition Today!

Conservative-led Buckinghamshire Council is trying to push through controversial plans to sell off vital adult day care centres in Buckingham, Burnham, High Wycombe, and Beaconsfield. These centres are a lifeline for their clients, and their families and carers, and the impact will be felt across the county.

The Council will tell you that centre attendance is declining, but the families and carers who depend on these services tell a very different story. They argue that people want to use the centres but are unable to do say, claiming that the Conservatives "want the sites to fail" so they can sell them off. This move, they warn, will leave some of the most vulnerable members of our community without the support they desperately need.

You can read more about the impact these closures will have on real local families in this powerful article from the Bucks Herald.

We cannot let this out-of-touch, Conservative-led Council abandon those who depend on these services. Join us in standing up for our community and demanding that Buckinghamshire Council reverses these plans. Sign the petition today to save our adult day care centres!
