Letter from Electoral Reform Society
It's 3 days and counting to an election no one's heard of.
On Thursday polls open in the Police and Crime Commissioner elections. And the whole thing has been a disaster from start to finish.
Someone needs to be held to account. So can you help by sending a message to your local paper?

Over 5000 of you joined candidates from all parties and none to sending a message to Theresa May. The reply is pretty much what we expected. [1]
The Home Office is claiming they've done their bit. But it's all been too little, too late. It's clear more people are now aware of this election because of the scale of the disaster.
We've done our bit, but let's not let the Government brush this one under the carpet.

We're looking at the lowest turnout in British history, and we need answers.
So let's look beyond November 15th. Whether you support these elections or oppose them, I hope you'll take this chance to have your say.
Best,
Darren Hughes
